Today, the House and Senate are planning to vote on their respective School Aid budgets. Both budgets provide for less classroom funding than last year and each harbor certain unproven Oxford Foundation gimmicks that have again become a hot topic given the controversial revelations surrounding the Governor’s secret “skunk works” project.
